Bryn Greenwaldt of Augustana will have a busy day as she competes in two NCAA Championships in one day. Greenwaldt is scheduled to swim as well as compete in the high jump at the NCAA Track and Field Championships in the late afternoon.
She has already made history in Indianapolis this week, breaking the Division II NCAA record in the 50 freestyle becoming the first woman to go sub-22 as she posted a 21.92 in prelims.
Greenwaldt’s coach, Andrew Makepiece, has also shown his dual-sport ability. Makepiece coaches the swimmers and divers at Augustana. The program had both swimmers and divers make NCAAs.
