A scene at the Rome 2009 World Swimming Championships. Not sure who they are, but that guy in the pool looks very much like Stefan Nystran (SWE), so I guess it is the men's 100 freestyle final… maybe Fred Bousquet (FRA) and Cesar Cielo (BRA)? The guy leaving probably Nicolas Oliveira (BFA).
