OK, so I'm not 100% sure this is French swimmer Sophie de Ronchi, but the face and ring and necklace fits, and the event could very well be when she (Sophie de Ronchi) won bronze in the women's 200 IM at the Rijeka 2008 European Short Course Championships. See result list here
